How to Return or Exchange an Item
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
To return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at support@inbraza.com. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.
