WHAT IS IT?
We’re expanding our team and are looking for like-minded creatives who share
our vision and are eager to grow. This is your chance to receive support and
mentorship to kickstart your DJ journey.
We believe in the power of sound as a shared journey, it is a main pillar of our
creative process when it comes to the curation of our events. We aim to unite
Afro-Latin rhythms from our diaspora and invite DJs from all around the globe to
join us.
Selected participants will join our team and receive a crash course into DJing led
by our talented team member, MAZ (Gadigal). She will
guide you every step of the way, helping you develop your skills and confidence,
allowing you to grow within the collective.
Who can apply?
Anyone aged 18 or older, whether you're just starting your DJ career or eager to learn the art of DJing from scratch. We welcome all passionate individuals ready to dive into the world of music.
Do I need to be Latin?
No, you don’t need to be Latin to apply. Our mission is to unite Afro-Latin rhythms from across the globe, embracing a diversity of perspectives and backgrounds.
Is it free?
Absolutely! This opportunity is completely free. Our aim is to support and uplift emerging DJs without financial barriers.
What are the selection criteria?
We’re looking for individuals with a good music taste, a strong cultural knowledge, and a deep commitment to the craft of DJing. Show us your passion, and let’s grow together!
