WHY
BAILE FUNK?
For us, Baile Funk is more than a music genre.
Born in the favelas of Brazil, it emerged as a form of cultural expression for communities often excluded from mainstream narratives. It gave young people a voice, a sense of identity, and a space to celebrate themselves despite social, economic, and political barriers.
Today, Baile Funk influences music, fashion, dance, and youth culture around the world, yet its origins and the communities that built it are often overlooked.
INBRAZA exists to honour those roots while creating new opportunities for cultural exchange. Through our work, we use Baile Funk as a vehicle to connect communities, support artists, challenge stereotypes, and celebrate the creativity that emerges from the margins.
Because when culture is understood, respected, and shared, it has the power to bring people together.

RADIO SHOW
Our monthly radio show aims to educate our audience on the history of Baile Funk, featuring a new guest every month. This platform is dedicated to uplifting underground artists, giving them an opportunity to showcase their work to a global audience, often overcoming language barriers.
Hosted by Maz, our show brings you the best of Baile Funk and Afro-Latin music, ensuring a rich and entertaining experience.
